Nova Scotians Going Solar Announces Name and Legal Status Change

For Immediate Release:

Halifax, Nova Scotia – In light of recent findings and in the spirit of transparency, we wish to notify our valued customers and partners of a change in our name and legal status. Previously known as Nova Scotia Goes Solar under Visual Sensations Consulting and Merchandising, we have now established ourselves as a separate legal entity: Nova Scotians Going Solar.

This evolution was born out of a collaboration with a leading solar installation company in Nova Scotia, whose name we must withhold for legal reasons. During our consultation with this esteemed partner, we realized the potential for us to take over their lead generation and sales process. This shift would allow them to dedicate their resources and expertise exclusively to solar installations. As a result, Nova Scotia Goes Solar was established.

However, it came to our attention that using “Nova Scotia” at the beginning of a service or company name might inadvertently convey a sense of official government endorsement to our fellow Nova Scotians. To avoid any such misconceptions and in full compliance with local regulations, we deemed it necessary to undergo this change.

Our commitment to providing exceptional solar solutions remains unchanged. The recent restructuring ensures that we continue to serve our community without any misrepresentations or misconceptions. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. It is paramount for us to make it abundantly clear that while we are proud Nova Scotians, we are not representatives or affiliates of the Government of Nova Scotia.
